 Deputy Plant Manager

General Mission  

Manages specific kaizen teams’ members and assist the Plant Manager in daily supervision of plant activities and manage improvement actions by delegation of the Plant Manager.  

Duties 

• Daily supervision of plant indicators.
• Daily follow up of open actions and improvement plans involving any departments of areas of the plant.
• Lead specifically assigned cross-functional kaizen or improvement teams or special task force teams, and report on progress.
• Prepare monthly reporting and KPI activity.
• Support in preparation of budget and business plans.
• Special support to any of the plant departments in case of need.

Candidate’s Profile       

• Industrial engineer university degree
• Proficient in Spanish/English language – a must. 
• Strong experience in production, manufacturing or quality positions in industrial organizations.
• Knowledge of automotive secto
• Highly experienced in management of KPIs, performance indicators, use of problem-solving / analysis tools.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organization and presentation/communication skills.
• Familiar with lean-manufacturing, TPS tools.
• 100% presential work + residence in Pamplona area.
